Best burger on the West Coast Trail. Chez Monique’s.

Last night marked the 5000th performance of Dralion by Cirque Du Soleil, it was an absolute honor to capture photos of these world class performers here in Lethbridge at the Enmax Centre! The photos were all shot during the first half of the show.  For a full review of the show click here.

By the time we reached the summit of Table Mountain the jagged rocks had cut open our golden retrievers paw pads badly enough that she couldn’t make the trek back. Thankfully @eppwest and his backpack made for a great rescue bag to help carry Zoe down the mountain. A huge thank you to Riley for getting our girl home safely!

You may have noticed a lack of posts on Daily Photo Dose lately, and I have a pretty good excuse. This August 24th, I married my beautiful wife Sabrina. Here’s a quick photo from our day! Aaron and I go way back… to highschool days driving around in his boat of a vehicle with all the latest computer technology that most of us wouldn’t see in our vehicles until a few years ago! Aaron has always known about the latest gadgetry, and when he told me about his FPV plane, I had to see it first hand! What better time to see an aerial view of Lethbridge, then the flood. Here’s a few still frames from his plane, and the video footage:

From what I’ve heard, a back hoe “track hoe” hit and broke a main water line which flooded the tunnel, down to the 9th level walkway, and all the way down to 4th Level. Here’s the scene from outside.
